   Answer:         Y intercept (c) = −3

Since the line makes an angle of 45° with the +ve direction of X-axis, you know your inclination (θ) = 45°

Therefore, Slope (m) of the line = tan(θ)

∴ m = tan(45°)

∴ m = 1

You have Slope and you have Y-intercept of the line

∴ By Slope Intercept Form

∴ y = mx + c

∴ y = (1)x + (−3)

∴ y = x - 3

∴ x - y - 3 = 0

Hence the required equation of the line is x-y-3=0
