Form the general equation of straight-line
y = mx + c \\ m \: is \: slope \\ c \: is \: intercept \\  \: putting \: y \: and \: x \\  - 4 = 5 \times  \frac{2}{3}  + c \\ c =  - 4 -  \frac{ 10}{3}  =  \frac{ - 22}{3}  \\ hence \: the \: general \: equation \: is \:  \\ y =  \frac{2x}{3}  -  \frac{22}{3}
