Step-by-step explanation:

slope equation of line is y=mx+c

slope m=5

y=5x+c

5x -y = -c

x/(-c/5) +y/c =1 ------(1)

intercept form of a eqn is x/a+y/b =1

xintercept = -3

x/(-3) +y/b =1 ----(2)

comparing 1 ND 2 eqs

-c/5 =-3

c=15

therefore equation of line is

y=5x+15
