Since two lines pass through a single point ( -6 , 2 ) .
So the lines have an unique solution and this they are intersecting .
As the lines are intersecting
:. a1/a2 ≠ b1/b2
So in both the questions the ratio of coefficient of x² and coefficient of x are not same so the equations are ---
1 . 2x² + 6x - 3
2 . 7x² + 2x + 8
