Solution :

Centre of the required circle is C(−2,−3).

The circle passes through the point P(5,4)

Radius =|CP|=√ −−−−−−−−−−−−−−−

                        (5=2)2+(4+3)2

√=72–√

∴ the required equation is (x+2)2+(y+3)2()=98
