Radius = √g^2 + f^2 -c = 3
9 = 0+a^2 - c
c = 9-a^2
therefore the equation of circle will be:
x^2 +y^2 +2gx + 2fy + c =0
x^2 + y^2 + 0 +[2×(-a)] + (9-a^2) = 0
x^2 + y^2 -2a+ 9 -a^2 =0
