Given ,

The equation of line passing through the points (1,2) and (1,-2)

We know that , the two point form is given by

 \boxed{ \sf{y   - y_{1} =  \frac{ y_{2}  -   y_{1} }{x_{2}  - x_{1}   } (x -  x_{1})}}

Thus ,

y - 2 = (-2 - 2)/(1 - 1) × (x - 1)

y - 2 = -4/0 × (x - 1)

y - 2 = 1/0 × (x - 1)

0 = x - 1

x = 1

★ The equation of the line is x = 1
