Answer:

3x-y+5=0

y=3x+5

so here,slope m1 =3

since, the line is perpendicular to line3x-y+5=0

so,

m*m1=-1

m*3=-1

m=-1/3

thus,

eq.of line passing through (-2,-4)

y-y1=m(x-x1)

y-(-2)=(-1/3)(x-(-4))

y+2=(-1/3)(x+4)

3y+6=-x-4

3y+x+10=0
