Hence the required line is parallel to 4x+y=11, the slope of line is - 4. The line is in the form of y=-4x+c.the intersection point of 2x+y=8 and 3x+7=3y is (23,38). The line passes through this point. Hence 38=-4*23+c, (c=120). The required line is y=-4x+120.
