Answer:

Let A be -1,-2 and B be 3,4 and C be the point x,y which is equidistant from A and B

AC^2=(x--1)^2+(y--2)^2

BC^2=(x-3)^2+(y-4)^2

It is given

AC^2=BC^2

(x+1)^2+(y+2)^2=(x-3)^2+(y-4)^2

On simplifying

2x+1+4y+4=-6x+9-8y+16

8x+12y+5-25=0

8x+12y-20=0

2x+3y-5=0 this is the equation of locus
