the equation of chord of contact with respect to a point is S1=0

the equation of the chord of contact of the point (1, 2) with respect to the circle is

x(1)+y(2)+(x+1)+3/2(y+2)+1=0

x+2y+x+1+3/2y+3+1=0

2x+7/4y+5=0
