Let the eqn of the circle with centre h ,k and radius r be

(x-h)^2 + (y-k)^2 = r^2

center of the circle is -4, -3

(x +4)^2 + (y+3)^2 = r^2

Since the circle passes through origin, therefore

(0+4)^2 + (0+3)^2 = r^2

16 + 9 = r^2

r^2 = 25

So the eqn of the circle =

(x+4)^2 + (y+3)^2 = 25 Ans
