we know that the equations of the straight lines passing through the points (x1, y1, z1) and (x2, y2, z2) is

x-x1/x2-x1 = y-y1/y2-y1 = z-z1/z2-z1

now , the equation of straight lines joining the points (-7,6,-3) & (7,-6,3) is

x+7/14 = y-6/-12 = z+3/6
so , x+7/7 = y-6/-6 = z+3/3
