Slope of line joining two given points (5,7) and (−6,3) is 

m=−6−53−7=114

Then, the slope of  perpendicular line is m1=4−11

Thus, the line equation with this slope is given by 

y=4−11x+c.......(1)

Now, the above line passes through the point (2,−3) 

⇒−3=4−11×2+c

⇒c=25

Therefore required line is 4y+11x=10 (Substitute ′c′ in (1) and simplify)
