✯The intercept of 2 units means the lines are parallel to each other.
☆consider,

equations of lines given are -

y+2x=3 let it be _______(eq 1)

y+2x=5 let it be ________(eq2)

♦if we consider x=0

then,

by eq,1 y=3

or by eq 2 y=5

so the diference of y at x=0 is 2

♦It means that it has tested the intercept of 2.

as we already know that these lines are parellel so the line having intersect of 2 unit wiil be parallel to the line x=0

♦so the equation will be x=c

as given that the line passes through (2,3) so c=2. Therefore equation of line is x=2
