equation of line is

y2-y1/x2-x1=y-y1/x-x1

7-2/3-1=y-2/x-1

5/2=y-2/x-1

cross multiplication

5*(x-1)=2*(y-2)

5x-5=2y-4

5x-2y=-4+5

5x-2y=1

5x-1=2y

equation of line is

y=5x/2-1/2
