in my view
it appears that line crosses (0,2) and then crosses (4,1)
equation of line passing through (0,2) and (4,1) is given by
y-1 = (2-1)/(0-4)*(x-4)
y-1 = 1/-4(x-4)
4y - 4 = 4 - x
4y + x -8 = 0
we may take any two clear points like (0,2) and (-4,3), same equation should come in answer.
