Solution :
Equation of the line parallel to
3x-2y+5=0 is
3x - 2y + k = 0
Substitute ( 5,-6 ) in the equation we
get ,
3(5) - 2(-6) + k = 0
=> 15 + 12 + k = 0
=> 25 + k = 0
=> k = -25
Therefore ,
Required equation is 3x - 2y - 25 = 0
