we know equation for a line is y=mx+c _____________(1)

substitute the given values in (1) equation,

we get ,4= -4/3*-3+c

4=4+c

c=0

substitute the values c and m in first equation

then,y= -4/3*x+0

y= -4/3*x

  1. I hope this is helps to you

given

m=-4/3

we know that equation of line passing through a point

y-y1=m(x-x1)

y-4=-4/3(x+3

-y/4+1=x/3+1

3y+4x=0
