Equation of plane parallel to 2x+3y−4z=0 is given by,

2x+3y−4z+λ=0

Also it passes through (1,2,3)

⇒2(1)+3(2)−4(3)+λ=0⇒λ=4

Hence, required plane is

2x+3y−4z+4=0
