$= > 3x {}^{2} + 3x - 7x + 7 = 0$

$= > 3x(x + 1) - 7(x + 1) = 0$

$= > (x + 1)(3x - 7) = 0$

$= > x = - 1$

$= > x = \frac{7}{3}$

equation = x^2+0.6x-0.4
