( x - 3 )/5 + 1 = 2
=> ( x - 3 + 5 ) /5 = 2
=> ( x + 2 )/5 = 2
=> x + 2 = 10
=> x = 10 - 2
=> x = 8
=> ( x - 3 + 5 ) /5 = 2
=> ( x + 2 )/5 = 2
=> x + 2 = 10
=> x = 10 - 2
=> x = 8
