4y + 3 = 2 \times \frac{2}{5}

4y + 3 = \frac{4}{5}

4y = \frac{4}{5} - 3

4y = \frac{4 - 15}{5}

y = \frac{ - 11}{5} \times \frac{1}{4}

y = \frac{ - 11}{20}
