Answer: From one point many lines can be passed through .

let m is the slope of line ,

then,

generl equation of line ,

( y -2) = m( x +1)

y = mx + m +2

if m = 1 then equation of line is

y = x +3

if m = -1 then equation of line ,

y + x = 1

hence, x + y = 1 and y = x +3 are two lines which is passing through (-1 , 2)
