Here is the answer

(a) Denominator 20

In order to get denominator 20,

We will have to multiply the numerator and denominator of the given fraction by 4

{ 5 × 4 = 20 }

 \bf{\therefore \frac{3}{5} = \frac{3}{5} \times \frac{4}{4} }

 \bf{= \frac{12}{20} }
Hence,
We got 20 as the denominator.

Similarly
In (b),

Multiply the numerator and denominator by 3 in order to get 3 as the numerator 9

{ 3×3 = 9 }

 \bf{\therefore \frac{3}{5} = \frac{3}{5} \times \frac{3}{3} }

 \bf {= \frac{9}{15}}

Hence,
We got numerator as 9.

Thanks!!
