Find the equivalent fraction of 75/90 with denominater 36

75/90=X/36

For that first we need to find the factorized version of 75/90

ie 5/6

Now  we have to find how many times 6 was multiplied to get 36

ie 6x=36

ie 6 x 6 = 36

ie 6 was multiplied by 6 to get 36

so, by the rule 'if we multiply denominator by something , we should muliply the numerator also by that something (we multiplied the denominator with)'

so an e quation forms ;

5/6 x 6/6 = 5 x 6/6 x 6

ie=30/36

with the denominator 36.
