Answer:

Equivalent resistance is =

Here, two resister are in series and one resistor in parallel

                      [(4Ω + 4Ω)*4Ω ] / [(4Ω + 4Ω) + 4Ω ]

                   = 32Ω² / 12Ω

                   = 8/3 Ω or 2.67 Ω (Ans.)

Answer:

2.6667Ω

Step-by-step explanation:

4Ω, 4Ω in series
Rs = 4 + 4 = 8Ω

8Ω, 4Ω in parallel
1/Rp = 1/8 + 1/4
       = (1 + 2)/8
       = 3/8
Rp = 8/3 = 2.6667Ω

Hope it helps you
