The equivalent resistance is 3/2. Let R1=R2=R3=2 ohm. The equivalent resistance 1/R = 1/AR1+1/R2+1/R3
1/R=11/2+1/2+1/2
1/R=3/2
HENCE , R=3/2

reddyvinod: bro I want the solution please
govindiq: ok
reddyvinod: thax
abhinavbansal304: no 2R
reddyvinod: but they hav till infinity
reddyvinod: sorry but they hav given till infinity
abhinavbansal304: answer?
govindiq: Sorry ans is 2/3
reddyvinod: even I don't know
govindiq: not3/2

Hey brainly user

Here is your answer

R+R+R=3R .....(series )

3/2R ....(parllel)

=2R/3

»2R/3+3R

» 3R/3

»1R

reddyvinod: but it is infinity
abhinavbansal304: it is 2R tye answer
abhinavbansal304: hey ask it again i will give solution
govindiq: ans is 2/3 ohm
abhinavbansal304: this is a ladder problem .
abhinavbansal304: solve by x =2Rx/2R+x +R
abhinavbansal304: this will give quadratic equation and solve for x
abhinavbansal304: x here is equivalent resistance of circuit as it is upto infinity
abhinavbansal304: so w e assumed it
abhinavbansal304: x=(2Rx/2R+x) +R
