K(eq) = [ Ni(CO)4 ] / [ CO ]⁴

we know,
equilibrium constant is equal to the concentration of products raised to the power stochiometric coefficient divided by concentration of reactants raised to the power stochiometric coefficient.
Also, the solid reactants or products ( in these case, Ni ) is not considered.
