u can write 9 as 3^2 so it will bcom 3^2(2x)=3^4x
nd 27 as 3^3 so it will be 3^3(1-x)=3^3-3x
now in both side we have a equation in a power of 3 so
when bases r same their powers r also equal
hence 4x =3-3X
x=3/7
