so m = - 3

therefore the factor  is m+3 = 0 (we get this by transposing)

so the 1st factor is m + 3

the 2 factors are :

1) m + 3

2) 2m + 1

so , 2m²+5m-3​ = (m + 3) ( 2m + 1)
