x³ + 2x² + 2x + 1
= x³ + x² + x² + x + x + 1
=x²(x + 1) + x(x + 1) + 1(x +1)
= (x² + x + 1)(x + 1)
hence, (x +1) and (x²+x +1) are the factors of given, polynomial.

=x^3+4+2*1
=(x^3)+(2x)+(4+1)
=x^3+2*+5
=(x^3)+(2x)+(4+1)
=x^3+2*+5
