Hi friend!!

Relation between radius of curvature (R) and focal length (f) :
R = 2f
f = R/2

Focal length is half of the radius of curvature.

Given,
Radius of curvature, R = 32 cm
Focal length (f) = R/2
= 32/2
= 16 cm

the focal length of a convex mirror whose radius of curvature is 32cm is 16 cm

Hope it helps
