AS POWER IS THE RECIPROCAL OF THE FOCAL LENGTH THE FOCAL LENGTH WILL BE THE RECIPROCAL OF POWER ....WHICH MAKES THE FOCAL LENGTH -1/5= -2m

As the focal length is negative the lens is concave as in concave mirror light rays diverge and forms a virtual focus behind the mirror which makes the sign negative.Hope it helps!!!!
