If foot of the perpendicular of (x1,x2) is(h,k) then

(h-4)/3 =(k-1)/-4=-(12-4+12)/(9+16)

(h-4)/3=(k-1)/-4=4/5

h-4=12/5

h=32/5

k-1=-16/5

k=-11/5

(h,k)=(32/5,-11/5)
