Solution :-

Let x be the fourth proportional to 1/3, 2, 1/2.

Then, 1/3, 2, 1/2, x are in proportional.

i.e.

$=> \frac{1}{3} :2 : : \frac{1}{2} :x$

Now, solving it.

$= > \frac{ \frac{1}{3} }{2} = \frac{ \frac{1}{2} }{x} \\ \\ (cross \: \: \: multiplication) \\ \\ = > \frac{1}{3} \times x = \frac{1}{2} \times 2 \\ \\ = > x = \frac{1}{2} \times 2 \times 3 \\ \\ = > x = 3$
