As we know that, Fourth proportional = (b × c)/a

Where a,b and c are the 1st, 2nd and 3rd elements of proportion respectively

a = 4 hours 40 min = 280 min, b = 1 hours 10 min = 70 min and c = 16 hours = 960 min

(70 × 960)/280

67200/280 = 240 min = 4 hours
