Hey friend

Here is your answer

a=-11
d=-8-(-11)=-8+11=3

On reversing the AP :
a=49 and d=-3

an=a+(n-1)d
a4=49+(4-1)-3
a4=49+(3)-3
a4=49-9
a4=40

The fourth term from the end is 40

Hope this helps you

if we make ap from last
then a=0,d=-3
so a1=49
a2=49-3=46
a3=46-3=43
a4=43-3=40
Hence fourth term from last is 40
