4x+ 6x +6 +12 =0

10x +18 =0

x= -18/10

put value of x in eq. 1.

2(-18/10) + 2 = y

-36/10 +2 = y

y = -16/10

fraction = x/y

= -18/10/-16/10

= 18/16
