cos (3/2)@ = 0

cos (3/2)@ = cos90

cos (3/2)@ = cos90 

3@/2 = 90 

3@=90*2

3@ =180

@ =180/3

@ =60


then the value of theta is 60 degree

$\cos( \frac{3}{2} \alpha ) = 0 \\ \cos( \frac{3}{2} \alpha ) = \cos(90) \\ \frac{3}{2} \alpha = 90 \\3 \alpha = 180 \\ \alpha = 60$
