QUESTION :-

Find the gravitational force between two objects having mass 800 kg and 400 kg respectively and distance between them is 10 m?

SOLUTION :-

GIVEN -

mass of first object ( m1 ) = 800 kg

▪ mass of other object ( m2 ) = 400 kg

▪ Distance between the two objects = 10 m

TO FIND -

▪ Gravitational force between the two object??

{ \underline{ \underline { \sf{gravitational \: force}}}}

{ \boxed{ \sf{F = G \times \frac{m1 \times m2}{ {r}^{2} } }}}

where,

▪ G = Gravitational constant

{ \sf{ = 6.7 \times  {10}^{ - 11} \frac{N \:  {m}^{2} }{ {kg}^{2} }  }}

• substituting the above given values in the formula....

{ \sf{F = 6.7 \times  {10}^{ - 11}  \frac{N \:  {m}^{2} }{ {kg}^{2} }  \times \frac{800 \: kg \:  \times  \: 400 \: kg}{ {10 \: m}^{2} } }}

{ \implies{ \sf{f = 6.7 \times 8 \times 4 \times  {10}^{ - 11}  \times  {10}^{3}  \: N}}}

{ \underline{ \sf{force = 214.4 \times  {10}^{ - 8}  \: N}}}
