72 = 2×2×2×3×3

108=2×2×3×3×3

So, LCM = 2×2×2×2×3×3×3 = 432

Now, since we know 432 is exactly divisible by all 3 numbers, then all multiples of 432 will also be divisible as well.

So 432*2 = 864

864 is the largest 3-digit multiple of 432, so our answer will be 864.
