□The largest 6 digit which is a perfect square is 998001=(999) ^2

Explanation:-

The largest 6 digit number is 999999.While it is not a perfect square, when 1 is added to it we get 1000000 which is smallest seven digit number and also perfect square =(1000)^2

So the smallest 6 digit number which is perfect square

=(1000–1)^2

=(999) ^2
