Find the greatest number of six digit which is a perfect square. find the square root of this number

The greatest number is 999999 but it is not a perfect square so you have to do long division of 999999 and u will get a remainder which is 1998. Then you have to subtract the remainder from 999999 you will get 998001 as the answer on subtracting. This is your greatest six digit number and it's square root is 999.......... Hope helped u
