In the question, the greatest number means HCF i.e. Highest Common Factor.
Firstly, we will subtract 6 from 300 and 3 from 185
300 = 300 - 6 = 294
185 = 185 - 3 = 182
Secondly, we will find the HCF of the obtained numbers i.e. of 294 and 182
294 = 2 × 3 × 7 × 7
182 = 2 × 7 × 13
Common factors = 2 × 7 = 14
HCF = 14
We got HCF, so ultimately we got the greatest number

here is your answer OK ☺☺☺☺☺
●_●we see in the question 300 remainder is 6
♥then 185 remainder is 3
☜☆☞so equation is here 300-6 = 294
then......................... 185-3 = 182
so we product of 294 and 182
so 294 = 2 x 3 x 3 x 7
....182 =2 x 7 x 13
so greatest common factor is 2 x 7 = 14
answer will be 14 OK......☺☺☺☺
