So -

For HCF : refer my attachment

(HCF = 29)

Now,

we know the formula :

a \times b = HCF \:  \times LCM

We need to find LCM :

LCM =  \frac{a \times b} {HCF}

Let 145 be 'a'

and 232 be 'b'

and we have already calculated HCF = 29

Putting the values in the formula we get :

LCM =  \frac{145 \times 232}{29}

Then we get :

LCM = 1160

Thus, LCM = 1160

FINAL ANSWERS : HCF = 29, LCM = 1160
