Step-by-step explanation:

(i) hcf of 13 and 39 is 13

Lcm is 39

hcf× lcm = a×b

13×39= 13×39

507=507

(ii) hcf of 15 and 4 is 1

lcm is 60

hcf×lcm= a×b

1×60= 15×4

60=60

(iii) hcf of 21 and 24 is 3

and lcm is 168

hcf× lcm= a×b

3×168= 21×24

504=504

13 = 13 \times 1 \\  \\ 39 = 13 \times 3 \\  \\ hcf = 13 \\ lcm = 13 \times 3 = 39 \\  \\  \\  \\ 15 = 3 \times 5 \\  \\ 4 = 2 \times 2 \\  \\ hcf = 1 \\ lcm = 2 \times 2 \times 3 \times 5 = 60 \\  \\  \\  \\ 21 = 3 \times 7 \\  \\ 24 = 2 \times 2 \times 3 \times 2 \\  \\ hcf = 2 \\ lcm = 2 \times 2 \times 2 \times 3 \times 7 =168
