We know that ,

First we find prime factorization of 16 , 10 , 20.

 \large \mapsto \: 16 = 2 \times 2 \times 2 \times 2 \\ \\ \large \mapsto10 = 2 \times 5 \\ \\ \ \: \large \mapsto 20 = 2 \times 5 \times 2

Common Factor = 2

 \:

So , the HCF 16 ,10 and 20 is 2.

 \bf \Large \implies \: HCF =2

Required Solution:

Find the prime factorization of 16

= 16 = 2 × 2 × 2 × 2

Find the prime factorization of 10

= 10 = 2 × 5

Find the prime factorization of 20

= 20 = 2 × 2 × 5

To Find, the HCF, multiply all the prime factors common to both numbers:

Therefore, HCF = 2
