Given no. are 46 and 50
Using Euclid division lemma; we get
50 = 40 × 1 + 16
40 = 16 × 2+ 8
16 = 8 × 2 + 0
Remainder = 0
HCF = 8

Euclid's Division Lemma =

a = bq + r

Given Numbers = 50 , 46

Finding HCF (Highest Common Factor) :

50=46×1+4

46=4×11+2

4=2×2+0

The required HCF is = 2 .
