Using Euclid lemma we got
153 = 85*1+68
85 = 68*1+17
68 = 17*4+0
Hence 17 is the highest common factor
According to the question
17 = 85n +153m
Let us take m = 1
17 = 85n + 153
153 + 17 =85n
170 = 85n
n = 170/85
n = 2
Hence value of n = 2 and y = -1
Hence the form is 17 = 85(2) + 153(-1)
